Help Desk Support Network Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support/Network Administrator to support the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware
• Monitor network performance, address connectivity issues, and implement security measures
• Establish user accounts and maintain documentation for system configurations and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• 5 - 8+ years of relevant experience in application support or development
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
