HR Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to support HR operational needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, and analyze data from various sources to support HR initiatives
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and automated solutions using analytics tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic insights to HR leadership

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of collaborative work experience focused on customer deliverables
• Proficient in Excel
• Working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau
• Working knowledge of Alteryx and/or ETL applications
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred
