Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner - Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the performance cycle and ensure effective use of existing frameworks
  • Support growth mapping, development planning, and internal mobility for employees
  • Collaborate with the People team on onboarding, engagement, retention, and conflict resolution initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Partner, or Talent Development Partner in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Experience with performance and development systems in agile or non-hierarchical organizations
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Hands-on experience in a tech environment or collaboration with engineering/product teams
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
