Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner to support the Product and Technology group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through talent strategy, KPI definition, and organizational design projects
  • Lead organizational and talent aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close integration
  • Develop and implement integrated organization designs and integration plans while managing talent retention and change management
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of HR or Organizational Effectiveness experience, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and change management
  • Experience supporting M&A activities and translating business objectives into talent and organizational decisions
  • Proven ability to develop and execute organizational and talent plans that enhance employee engagement and role alignment
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and influencing decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives and HR functions
