Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Data Specialist to manage data entry and maintain data accuracy across HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new hire data entry and process HRIS change requests
  • Audit and maintain employee data in HRIS while ensuring compliance with protocols
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate data changes before payroll cycles
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience with HR data entry is required
  • Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with D365, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Proven ability to follow processes and seek clarification when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests
