Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead physician recruitment efforts focused on federal and VA exam services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to expand the physician panel
• Supervise and coach recruiting staff while ensuring operational compliance and performance
• Track recruitment metrics and innovate sourcing strategies to attract qualified physicians

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of healthcare or physician recruiting experience, with federal or VA programs preferred
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Google Suite and recruitment tools/ATS platforms
