Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Associate to facilitate a smooth hiring experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure an engaging hiring process for candidates
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System with applicant statuses
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and manage onboarding paperwork for new hires
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in human resources or onboarding
  • Experience in building positive relationships with business partners and employees
  • Strong computer skills, including HRIS and ATS experience
  • Organizational skills and ability to engage with new hires effectively
