Human Capital Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Management Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity related to all Human Resources/Payroll information management processes and transactions
• Review and build audit reports to ensure system functionality
• Serve as the technical point of contact for HR/Payroll and support system upgrades and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 1-3 years in an HCMS role
• Proficiency in Business intelligence platforms, specifically in Cognos solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues
• Customer service focus with the ability to drive projects to completion
