Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Associate to assist in the support of business units for effective delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise staff on HR policies, employee manuals, and local labor laws
  • Oversee US benefits inquiries, manage open enrollment, and process benefits invoices
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an NGO or donor-funded projects
  • Bilingual in French highly preferred
  • Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems, specifically ADP and DEEL
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law at the federal and state level
