Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to work remotely with a school district in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and consultative services to K-12 students with visual impairments
• Participate in IEP meetings and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) with TVI endorsement
• At least 2 years of experience as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
• Ability to pass a tech screen and provide professional liability insurance
