Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical execution across customer implementations, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Collaborate with Solutions and Implementations teams to understand customer objectives and requirements
• Facilitate communication between teams to align on implementation goals and track progress across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes and best practices
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
