Infrastructure Systems Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Services Systems Architect to manage application development and support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable enterprise solutions and define organizational needs
• Manage service strategy and resolve IT issues while ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Develop scripts for automation and improve technical processes around application support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience in application production support/application development
• Detailed knowledge of multiple systems and troubleshooting capabilities
• Scripting experience, specifically in PowerShell, and familiarity with DevOps
• Experience with Kaseya VSA and Microsoft Azure
