Serve as the client liaison for incoming intake calls, providing knowledgeable and welcoming responses
Initiate client Biopsychosocial Assessments using motivational interviewing techniques and schedule initial intake appointments
Coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators and ensure a positive client experience that reflects the organization's culture and values
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in human services/healthcare or customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including at least 2 holidays per year
