Label Billing Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Label Billing & Payments Assistant to manage financial operations and support artist-related billing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit artist advances and contractor invoices
• Maintain and reconcile accurate financial records while tracking all transactions
• Coordinate monthly contractor payments and correspond with artists regarding billing issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, finance, or operations support experience
• Familiarity with Tipalti or similar AP software, PayPal, and Wise
• Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in music companies or creative teams is a bonus
