Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Advanced Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Business leads
• Define performance measurement metrics for products and business, aligning with stakeholders
• Build high-quality data sets and dashboards to facilitate quick answers to data questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• 5+ years of industry experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
• Experience in designing metrics and data pipelines
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and customer experience measurement is a plus
