Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Billing Reimbursement who wants to continue to learn in order to allow the company to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads, trains, coordinates, and reviews team workflow and system functions
  • Collaborates with billing management to develop and monitor billing productivity standards
  • Identifies and resolves billing issues and customer complaints in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3 years of related experience in billing, insurance, or healthcare; laboratory insurance billing preferred
  • Knowledgeable about billing practices, including test pricing and CPT coding
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Power Pivot is a plus
  • Able to think analytically and collect and research data effectively
