Lead Business Systems Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for financial systems in alignment with company goals
• Lead complex system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across various financial platforms
• Act as a financial systems subject matter expert and mentor for the business systems product team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or business systems with a focus on financial systems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting, with knowledge of core financial processes
• Extensive experience managing ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Intacct, SAP, or Oracle Cloud
• Proficient in managing Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQ, including integration with ERP systems
• Familiarity with compliance and audit standards such as SOX and ASC 606
