Lead CMS Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Content Management Systems Business Analyst to join their Content Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on CMS/DXP project implementations and provide guidance on solutions
• Lead requirement elicitation meetings and analyze documentation from clients and vendors
• Create process/data flows, manage project backlog, and develop business requirements and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role
• Experience with CMS, DXP, or CaaS solutions
• Ability to drive solutions with clients and technical teams
• Experience with data or content modeling
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
