Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recordkeeper to provide service and administrative support to nonqualified 409A and 457 plan clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor automated processes and assist with issue resolution for plan management
  • Process transactions and create client reports for plan valuation and participant statements
  • Add new participants and assist with auditing and processing investment options changes
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of defined contribution client service experience
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
