Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Manager Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive strategic training plans and learning journeys for Customer Squads
• Architect the evolution of training strategy to support business transformation and new solutions
• Drive the consistent application of the Competency Model to relevant stakeholders within the Customer Squads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in business, marketing, or relevant discipline with applicable adult learning/sales training experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Radiology business and related strategies
• Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and the Radiology ecosystem
• Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize effectively
