Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to legal requests and demands
• Track, prioritize, and escalate relevant cases to attorneys or Trust & Safety Specialists
• Assist with technology regulatory compliance and support annual audits

Required Qualifications

• Experience with legal and/or compliance workflows
• Familiarity with customer support and project management software
• Ability to categorize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Data analysis and report generation skills
• Strategic thinking and project management experience
