• Draft motions, briefs, and conduct legal research and writing
• Support litigation efforts for corporate healthcare clients
• Engage in varied assignments with national and international companies and law firms

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably from top or mid-tier law firms
• Strong background in litigation with a top law school preferred
• Experience in medical malpractice litigation is a plus but not required
• Tennessee bar license is required
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including part-time or full-time options
