Legal Project Coordinator – JD Required (Remote)
Our client seeks a sharp, empathetic, and solutions-focused legal professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, along with the confidence to navigate complex phone interactions and deliver high-quality service with professionalism and positivity.
This is a fully remote role.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates residing in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
Legal Project Coordinator Responsibilities
• Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow protocols and implement feedback from project leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and resolution of issues.
• Monitor project health, identify errors, and contribute to solutions and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of scripts and procedures.
Legal Project Coordinator Qualifications
• JD from a U.S. law school or foreign law degree with LLM required (Bar license not required).
• Outstanding verbal communication and listening skills, especially over the phone.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office; strong digital literacy and adaptability.
• Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual, confidential, and distraction-free environment.
Compensation: $30/hr. (DOE)
