Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transactional assistance and support on solar acquisition, development, and financing transactions, including managing due diligence and negotiating purchase agreements
• Negotiate EPC contracts and related documents
• Manage coordination with developers, EPC contractors, and outside counsel while supporting legal issues throughout project life cycles

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions
• 3+ years of legal experience in the renewables industry, preferably with solar DG or community solar experience
• Experience working with EPC contracts
• Familiarity with financing structures (debt and tax equity)
