A company is looking for a MEP Business Unit Leader (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in client development, service excellence, and business management
• Drive market strategies and foster relationships to enhance service offerings
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of innovation and inclusivity

Required Qualifications

• 15 or more years of relevant experience
• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer license
• Experience in client-facing discussions and winning new work opportunities
• Familiarity with Autodesk Platforms and digital design tools including BIM solutions
