Job Summary

A company is looking for an LRE (Loadrunner Enterprise) Tools Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage troubleshooting tasks
• Plan and implement releases, patches, and upgrades while updating documentation
• Manage change and incident tickets following ITSM processes for installations and validations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
• System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
• Experience with scripting (.bat and .sh) and knowledge of Java and Perl is a plus
• Experience with automation tools and updating/creating/running jobs
• U.S. Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
