Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and monitor team activity to ensure timely delivery of customer requests

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience
  • 2+ years of technical people leadership experience
  • Understanding of technical challenges and collaboration skills
  • Logistics and supply chain experience preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel, and comfortable with exception-based reporting
