Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics (Testing and Monitoring / Level 2)

Position Summary…
The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics – Testing and Monitoring coordinates and completes job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. They perform and assist in the planning and management of audits and reviews related to Anti-Corruption, Ethics and Compliance subject matters.

What you’ll do…
• Drives efficiencies in the audit/review process.
• Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.
• Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.
• Identifies process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

What you’ll bring…
• 2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications…

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
