Description:
• This is a dedicated role to a large Professional Employer Organization (PEO) plan sponsor.
• This individual will work in strong collaboration with the plan sponsor, their national sales force and the Aetna account team which includes the Director of Account Management, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager.
• With a strong emphasis on conducting training, you will work with the plan sponsor sales force across the nation and benefit team members educating them on the products and assets we offer.
• Additionally, you will help them understand the competitive landscape of our footprint nationally and within the local markets.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in the healthcare industry, sales, customer service experience
• Have a basic understanding of the Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) industry
• Hold an active health insurance license in their resident state or become licensed within 90 days of employment
• Be willing to travel to visit the plan sponsor sales offices across the nation
• 15-20% travel annually
• Proficient in creating and conducting formal presentations, in-person or virtually
• Possess product knowledge of medical, dental, and vision
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Pivot Tables
