Massachusetts Licensed Graduate Nursing Professor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Graduate Nursing, Teaching or Practice Track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate nursing courses and manage course operations, including curriculum oversight and faculty coordination
  • Support and enhance the student experience by addressing academic issues and ensuring consistency in grading practices
  • Mentor and evaluate Section Instructors, ensuring quality teaching and adherence to course objectives


Required Qualifications
  • MSN required; DNP or other doctoral degree preferred, or commitment to obtain a doctoral degree within five years
  • At least 2 years of clinical practice in advanced pharmacology required
  • Nursing graduate education experience preferred; at least 5 years of academic experience for candidates without a doctoral degree
  • Graduate-level clinical or didactic teaching experience preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts RN license
