Medicare Sales Director - job 12 of 14

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth across client accounts
• Develop and implement strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Coordinate with executive leadership on performance indicators and support the Telesales team's campaign management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
• Experience with telephony solutions and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI
