Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Originator.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell mortgages for residential properties and refinance existing residential mortgages
- Develop new business to support sales objectives through independent sales calls
- Retain current relationships with customers and referral sources
Required Qualifications
- State MLO License
- Minimum of 3 loans closed per month
- 3+ years of experience in a successful mortgage sales role
