Minnesota Licensed Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the Agile Release Train (ART) process and coordinates Agile teams
• Plans and executes Program Increment (PI) events while managing project dependencies
• Ensures project objectives are met on time and within budget, adhering to methodologies and practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, or a Master's Degree with 7 years of experience
• Experience managing projects involving Information Technology and/or Healthcare disciplines
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable certification within three years of hire
• Experience managing projects with budgets up to $5 million
