Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Associate (Hybrid Role).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound inquiries on behalf of the client and act as an extension of the client
  • Provide accurate solutions and guidance while building trust in customer relationships
  • Document discussions of inquiries and meet personal/team production metrics and quality targets
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a customer support role required
  • Experience in the tax/banking/mortgage/real estate industry is required
  • Strong computer skills to retrieve and update systems using multiple screens simultaneously
  • Typing ability of 35wpm or higher
