Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure file and documents meet all applicable bank and compliance requirements
• Verify and input loan information accurately into the loan origination system
• Complete a minimum of 8 files per day while collaborating with the Settlement Agent to finalize loan fees

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma
• Minimum 3 years recent closing/funding experience
• Minimum 3 years basic computer experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures (TRID experience required)
• Ability to maintain high levels of performance in stressful situations
