Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Sales Mortgage Underwriter 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate residential loan applications in accordance with industry standards
• Gather and interpret credit information to maximize credit and minimize risk
• Approve or deny loans and make credit structure and eligibility decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Advanced understanding of real estate values and credit analysis
• Experience with FHA, VA, and HUD loans
• FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting designation preferred
