NetSuite Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Accounting Analyst focused on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle AP processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, and reconciliation
  • Oversee AR processes, including billing, customer invoicing, and preparing/reviewing aging reports
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in month-end closing and financial forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a bookkeeping or similar role, with proficiency in managing large data sets in Excel
  • Proficient in using NetSuite ERP for financial management
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with NetSuite AWS integrations is a strong plus
