Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical EMR Systems & Integration Specialist (PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and solutions to users of the EMR system
• Collaborate with the EMR team to stay informed on system updates
• Monitor and audit EMR usage during new partnerships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of experience with Raintree preferred
• Customer service oriented with support knowledge
• One year of clinical experience (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP preferred)
• Able to adapt to teammates with varying skill levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities
