Oversee all aspects of finances for a portfolio of clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting
Act as a liaison during audits, prepare audit packages, and implement audit findings
Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial goals, and present results at Board meetings
Required Qualifications
8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience
3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing the work of direct reports or project teams
Prior experience in a non-profit organization and in a school or socially responsible organization is required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience managing multiple projects and clients is preferred
