Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of finances for a portfolio of clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting
• Act as a liaison during audits, prepare audit packages, and implement audit findings
• Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial goals, and present results at Board meetings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing the work of direct reports or project teams
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization and in a school or socially responsible organization is required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing multiple projects and clients is preferred
