North Carolina Internal Auditor II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Auditor II to join a well-established managed care organization in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit initiatives and improvement initiatives
• Conduct independent reviews of work files and financial documents
• Evaluate and enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field + 7 years of experience
• Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field + 5 years of experience
• 3+ years' experience in Managed Care or government in a compliance or audit capacity
• One of the following certifications is required: CIA, CPA, CFE, AHFI, CHC, or CRMA
• Must reside in North Carolina
