A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support business strategy through analytics and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business needs through technical knowledge of CRM administration and system integration
• Oversee Pavilion Connections and manage referral rewards for members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business problems and implement solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or business operations
• Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience in reporting and process optimization
• Advanced Excel skills and strong quantitative capabilities
• Preferred experience with Make.com, Zapier, and Clay
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges in a remote environment
