Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with O&M partners and regulatory stakeholders
• Manage project pipelines to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Lead remediation efforts for orphaned solar customers and resolve related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience in the solar industry
• Experience with project management tools and knowledge of utility regulations
• Strong understanding of solar system design, installation, and maintenance
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
