Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist responsible for managing change payor workflows and coordinating referrals during EMR transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage change payor workflow for assigned markets
• Coordinate new referrals into SPARC for Change Payor and Joint Venture EMR transition
• Collaborate with agencies on discharge planning and obtain new home health orders

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Active nursing license in all states where services are provided
• Experience in entering referrals into SPARC and troubleshooting referral coordination challenges preferred
