Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Loan Processor Team regarding loan level and system questions
• Manage existing processors and their pipelines, ensuring loans meet milestone requirements
• Train and conduct performance reviews for processing team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 years of residential mortgage processing experience required
• Extensive experience with Jumbo guidelines and complex income verification
• Advanced experience with appraisals and appraisal reviews
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and document management platforms
