Operations Support Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst II-2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff, including conducting formal observations
  • Assist in reviewing errors and responding to audit inquiries while handling complex work assignments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver learning solutions in support of new products and business initiatives


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5 years of experience in health insurance operations, preferably in a related role
  • Knowledge of the Complaints and Appeals process preferred
  • Requires healthcare industry knowledge and claims processing experience
  • Familiarity with Ncompass, NASCO, CareRadius, and Facets Application preferred
