Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dean of Operations Transition Support Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured onboarding and training plan for the incoming Dean of Operations
• Coach on operational domains including attendance, recruitment, health and safety, and facilities management
• Model collaboration and leadership development for the operations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
• Experience serving in an operational leader capacity
• Prior experience in project and people management is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Google Platforms, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification and clear health and background check
