Oracle Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Application Analyst - HCM Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test data augmentation and reporting solutions in Oracle Analytics tools
• Develop and deliver Oracle Analytics and UKG reporting dashboards, analytics, and extracts
• Collaborate with business users to create functional and technical design documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
• Vendor application certification may be required
• Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, and data management preferred
• Must be customer-service oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
