Manager of Hardware Asset Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Hardware Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
• Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management
• Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not required
