Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Informaticist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Informaticist to analyze, design, validate, test, and maintain workflows for caregiver interactions with electronic health records and other electronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of consistent workflows and content with clinical stakeholders to promote standardization and adoption of electronic solutions
• Collaborate with internal Technology Solution Partners in the design, testing, and implementation of electronic applications to support organizational goals
• Identify opportunities for automation, update workflows, and promote evidence-based practices for workflow design across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist and experience in an electronic healthcare environment
• Knowledge of related protocols, hardware documentation, and systems applications
• Understanding of the healthcare system and patient care processes
• Knowledge of process improvement principles and methodologies; Epic experience preferred
