Schedules: Full-Time, Rotating OVERNIGHT Shifts

• Short Week: Thursday–Saturday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Option 2
• Long Week: Sunday–Wednesday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Short Week: Sunday–Tuesday (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a bilingual (French & English) communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping commercial truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both French and English via phone and email
• Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange timely tire replacements
• Follow detailed customer profiles to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment
• Enter critical service information into our system in real-time during calls

What You Bring
• Full fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications
• A personal computer and reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) that meet our tech requirements
